This is a continuation of a previous article…the “Equity Meeting at Bally’s in Las Vegas 2009″

I’m going to give a brief overview of a couple more companies that caught my attention while visiting the convention starting with:

I visited with Stellar Pharmaceutical and met Chairman of the Board Arnold Tenny. He gave me some insight about his company.
Stellar Pharmaceutical develops products based on naturally occuring, well studied compounds. The products they were promoting were NeoVisc and Uracyst. NeoVist is for the treatment of osteoarthritis and Uracyst is for the diagnosis and treatment of interstitial cystis. It was pointed out to me that Stellar’s proprietary manufacturing processes and lean operating structure allow them to sell their products at a substantial cost benefit.

Another comapny I discovered was the DRI Corporation. I attended CEO David Turney’s presentation and he gave a wealth of information about DRI Corporation publicly traded on the Nasdaq as TBUS. I recall his speaking about how they were positioning themselves to enter the South American market (Brazil).
