According to court papers filed Monday, Bobby Davis, one of the former ball boys who accused Fine of molestation, said he overheard Fine’s wife telling another wife of a Syracuse assistant about performing oral sex on players. The papers said an affidavit was filed in New York State Supreme Court by attorney Gloria Allred who is representing Davis and his stepbrother Michael Lang in a defamation lawsuit against Syracuse and head coach Jim Boeheim.

When Fine was accused of molestation and after Boeheim initially said the two had lied and were only after money, Davis and Lang filed the lawsuit. Fine had been Boeheim’s assistant since 1976 and a friend since the 1960s. Fine has not been charged with a crime and has denied any wrongdoing.
