BioLineRx Limited - symbol BLRX - reported that it has signed a worldwide, exclusive license agreement with Genoscience and RFS Pharma to develop and commercialize BL-8030, an orally available treatment for Hepatitis C.

According to a definitive agreement between the companies, Consolidated Communications Holdings will acquire all the outstanding shares of SureWest Communications - symbol SURW - in a cash and stock transaction valued at $23.00 per share, or a total of approximately $340.9 million, exclusive of debt.
