(“Taro,” the “Company,” Pink Sheets: TAROF) announced that at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held today in Haifa, Israel, the Company’s shareholders voted to elect all of the directors who were up for election with the exception of the statutory external directors. The shareholders also approved the ratification of indemnification for non-executive directors and the appointment of the Company’s independent auditors.
