Is America now losing the war against Terrorism?

At an emergency press conference at the White House, US President Barack Obama said that two suspicious packages sent by courier services from Yemen to Chicago, they were found to have explosives inside. Obama further said that the threat was real.
Agence France-Presse (AFP) reported that on Friday evening, Oct. 29, parcels with explosives, sent to the US from Yemen, and with the help of information provided by authorities of Saudi Arabia easily discovered these parcels. On Friday, the British East Midlands Airport detained the UPS flight from Yemen to Chicago, an explosive device found in a shipment contain printer cartridge. All flights between Yemen and Britain were temporarily halted. But after further investigation a second suspicious cargo, was discovered in Dubai US Deputy National Security Adviser John Brennan said that United States is grateful to Saudi Arabia for providing the information, which will prevent a threat emanating from Yemen. The addressees for both parcels were Jewish religious organization in Chicago.
In connection with the discovery of the parcels packed with explosives, the US airports introduced increased security measures. The UPS cargo carriers at airports in Newark (New Jersey) and Philadelphia on Friday were subjected with special examination. UPS and another major cargo company FedEx announced that they have temporarily suspended the delivery of any goods from Yemen. Security measures are affected not only with freight but also with all passenger traffic.
Footnote: The war on Terror is more of an illusion, than anything else, Terrorism is expanding and searching for new and innovative ways to deliver, and not all can be stopped, as long as people refuse to talk it will live on undisturbed.
