As we all know that health is a condition of the body and mind, in which one is capable to do work to one’s maximum potential. A healthy body can be preserved for a very long period of time and ageing can be delayed if we follow certain best practices.

A few simple food and exercise-related aspects in order to stay fit, if incorporated in one’s daily routine, can then result in one’s maximum inner satisfaction and utmost happiness. Important is the kind of nutrition which the body is subjected to and diet-related change, coupled with exercise, meditation, and yoga from a suitable package in order to get complete physical and mental wellness.

One should consume 1 to 2 glasses of water early in the morning before brushing teeth. Bed tea or coffee should not be taken on an empty stomach because tea and coffee have caffeine which dehydrates the cells. In the early morning, the body needs glucose and energy. Supplying food to the body in the form of a fruit, hot milk, nuts, etc., is the correct way to start the day.

Taking broken wheat porridge, oats, multigrain bread or chapattis, along with skimmed milk, skimmed curds, or sprouts and a fruit, is a healthy breakfast option.

A plate having fruits or vegetable salad can be consumed an hour before a meal, or along with the meal.

A proper lunch should always comprise of a balanced diet. Many believe that food should be overcooked. So that it may become tasty. Actually taste is present in the quality and lightness of the food, but not in its quantity or the amount of fats which are added to it.
