BPZ is an oil and gas exploration and production company which has exclusive license contracts for oil and gas exploration and production covering approximately 2.4 million acres in four properties in northwest Peru. BPZ also owns a minority working interest in a producing property in southwest Ecuador.
Recently, BPZ reported the commencement of drilling of the next appraisal and development well in the Corvina field in offshore Block Z-1 in northwest Peru and it plans to have the well completed near year-end.
BPZ has received authorization to transfer the listing of its common stock from the NYSE Amex to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
BPZ’s trading on NYSE will begin on October 26, 2009 under its current ticker symbol “BPZ”. Moving from NYSE Amex to the NYSE is a significant milestone for any company.

SKTO owns Nurses On-Line, a subscription service for employers who are seeking pre-screening of workers’ compensation injuries by a registered nurse prior to disposition of medical treatment, such as first aid, clinical referral, or emergency hospital.

SKTO’s Nurses On-Line program is designed to assist in reducing workers’ compensation claims exposure, probably the most costly aspect of employers’ business.
SKTO has signed a two year services contract with American Transport Administrative Services, a California based Professional Employer Organization primarily providing human resource services to employers of long-haul truckers. The contract will begin to cover the more than 3,000 employees over the next 180 days, and will provide 24/7 nurse support for any medical related issues.
