Actor Dennis Quaid's third wife has submitted filing to get divorce, saying the couple's seven-year marriage has now become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities. Kimberly Buffington Quaid filed an appeal in Travis County, Texas, using the initials "B.K." and recognizing Quaid as "W.D." William is Quaid's middle name, and two of the addresses in provisional orders issued as part of the case match up to those listed as among the Austin residences for Buffington Quaid.
There are also references to two children who were born in 2007, when the couple's twins, Zoe and Thomas, were born. The papers were filed on March 2.

Portal 2 leapt over the war to win the majority trophies at the Game Developers Choice Awards. The clever sci-fi puzzler developed by Valve Corporation led the 12th annual extravaganza Wednesday with three wins, but it was Bethesda Softworks' role-playing saga "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" that took home the night's best prize. "Portal 2" won trophies for most excellent game design, narrative and audio, while "Skyrim" was awarded as game of the year.

Fox television network announced that it is not ordering for the second season of the pricey science-fiction drama “Terra Nova”.
American science fiction drama television series, which premiered on September 26, last year with a two-hour premiere starring Jason O’Mara and Steven Lang and the show was produced by Steven Spielberg. The sci-fi drama was initially set in 2149, at a time when overpopulation and declining air quality threatens life on our planet and scientists start sending people 85 million years into the planet’s Cretaceous past.

According to the latest reports, the hackers who targeted Sony Entertainment servers in May last year made off with a reported 50,000 files, including “King of Pop” Michael Jackson’s entire back catalog, some of it unreleased.
The theft music of Jackson came to light only recently, when two hackers appeared in the court of Britain to deny new charges that were made against them.
The Sony Music Entertainment said that a number of tracks of legendary singer Michael Jackson including an unreleased duet with Black Eyed Peas singer Will I am, had been stolen in the attack. However, the company will not confirm how many Jacksonâ€

The latest Hollywood 3-D musical comedy-drama movie “The Lorax” has opened tops the US and Canada box office with multiple record-shattering achievements.
Universal Studio’s latest animated Lorax rang up a massive gross of $70.7million over the weekend, showing the biggest movie debut of this year so far, as well as the biggest grossing movie from a Dr Seuss book.

American movie star, John Cusack, who appeared in more than 50 movies, said that he would star in a sequel of the 1997 action thriller movie “Con Air” added that the making a second movie would be fun.
In 2011, the director of the Con Air, Simon West said that he was interested in making of the sequel and reunite John Cusack with co-stars Nicholas Cage and John Malkovich. Talking to media at that time West said that that it would be great and it is a matter of getting everybody together.

Today, Lady Gaga and Oprah Winfrey will headline an event at Harvard University to launch the singer's Born this Way Foundation.
The foundation is Led by @LadyGaga & her mother Cynthia, stating that they are building a brave new world where humanity is embraced, individuals are empowered, and intolerance is eliminated.'' According to the @BTWfoundation Twitter account.

Silent movie The Artist has triumphed at the Oscars, managing five awards including best picture, best director and best actor for Jean Dujardin.
Director Michel Hazanavicius, wins his first ever nomination, and then thanked the dog, Uggie, who appears in the film adding: "I don't think he cares."
Dujardin said if George Valentin could speak, he would say 'Wow! Victorie! Merci!'"

The mystery surrounding the death of freelance "Amazing Race" producer Jeff Rice has taken another strange turn.
Police in Uganda stated that they are poised to take a South African woman into custody who survived after ingesting the contaminated cocaine they say killed Rice.
Police spokesman Asuman Mugyenyi stated Monday that Kathryn Fuller, who is still in the hospital, is being considered a witness and suspect.

Friday, country-pop star Taylor Swift said she will not be able to accept a prom invitation from a New Jersey teen undergoing treatment for leukemia, Kevin McGuire, but offered to take him to an awards show instead.
Swift was apologetic, but in a post on her Facebook page said, "I'm so sorry but I won't be able to make it to your prom. However the Academy of Country Music Awards are coming up and I was wondering would you be my date?"
McGuire's sister Victoria, had launched a Facebook petition last week to attempt to get her 18-year-old brother a date with Swift for his June 1 prom at Sterling High School in Somerdale, N.J.
