Pennsylvania police are searching for a motorist who fatally shot a pedestrian who had yelled at the driver to slow down.
Police in New Castle say 31-year-old Gordon Rees Jr. was shot about 10:20 p.m. Tuesday.
Police say Rees was walking when he yelled at the driver of a black Chevy Cavalier with tinted windows to slow down. Police say that is when the driver got out and argued with Rees before shooting him and driving off.
The driver is still be looked for by police.

A Manhattan, W.A. Ilg, is suing Larry Flynt's West Side jiggle joint after he generated a bill of nearly 30,000 dollars when he was bombed.
W.A. Ilg claimed in his lawsuit that he was served so much booze during a May 24 visit that he got to the point where he "was no longer capable of conducting financial transactions."

On Wednesday, Nebraska Gov. Dave Heineman urged President Barack Obama and U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to withhold a federal permit for a pipeline that would transfer Canadian oil over an aquifer that supplies drinking and irrigation water to parts of several states.
Heineman said that he supports pipeline projects but opposes the proposed TransCanada's Keystone XL route that would cross the immense Ogallala aquifer.
Within the letter to Obama and Clinton, the Republican governor said he was concerned about the potential threat to the crucial water source for Nebraska's farmers and ranchers.

Andy Murray is fresh off his win at the Cincinnati Masters, and he will make his first appearance on Wednesday at the US Open.

The Bravo network revealed Wednesday it is going to continue with the Labor Day season premiere of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" in spite of the suicide of a cast member's husband.
Short interviews with cast members about the suicide of Russell Armstrong will air before the premiere, although Armstrong's widow, Taylor — one of the "Real Housewives" — was not a participant. THOUSAND OAKS, Calif.--(CRWENEWSWIRE)-- Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY) announced today that its subsidiary, Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc., in Huntsville, Ala., was awarded by the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) its Objective Simulation Framework (OSF), an IDIQ contract with a potential value of $595 million over five years beginning September 1, 2011.
